Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Golf Coaches to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for motivated golf professionals who are eager to utilize our state-of-the-art simulators and facilities to build a vibrant client base. Our ideal candidate has experience either as a collegiate athlete or in competitive golf and possesses a deep understanding of the game, excellent teaching abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others improve. They especially enjoy working with kids and make learning fun and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group golf lessons and clinics for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Utilize our advanced golf simulators and technology to analyze players’ performances and provide detailed feedback.
• Develop tailored training programs that align with each client’s objectives and skill level.
• Promote the core values of A2IG: Play, Learn, and Train, ensuring a welcoming and enriching environment for all clients.
• Collaborate with other staff to organize and host special events and tournaments.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven background in golf, ideally as a collegiate athlete or through competitive golf experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of clients.
• Professional and respectful, with a kind demeanor and a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Certification from a recognized golfing authority, such as PGA or TPI, is preferred but not required.
• Knowledgeable in the latest golf training technologies and methodologies.

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on an agreed-upon lesson package split between A2IG. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
